Here's another single paper to download if you like. I was inspired to try to make balloons using the bubble instructions from this week's Photoshop TV. When they got flattened for the paper, I think they've lost a little "something", so I'm thinking of posting just the balloons in .psd format for anyone who wants to add them as an embellishment.
