These are available in two formats: .psd for PS/PSE users, and .png files for pretty much any other program. I made these a while ago and honestly I can't remember if I need to say anything else about them! Oh, ok, one thing: if you get the .psd files, the "twisted bead" frame is in two layers in order to let you recolor the beads without changing the gold wire underneath.
